This specialized course, offered by the CGIAR Excellence in Agronomy (EiA) Initiative, is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively leverage the integrated survey tool developed by EiA's Add-ons. Participants will gain proficiency in accessing and customizing Add-on surveys, enabling them to collaboratively co-create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) tailored to the diverse needs of farmers, extension agents, and agro-dealers in the Global South.


Course Objectives


By the end of the course series, you will be able to:

  • Gain insights into the Excellence in Agronomy Initiative's (EiA) diverse operational contexts
  • Understand the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Farmer Segmentation and Typology
  • Execute farm typology studies within their respective Use Cases.
  • Explore the significance of 'Add-on activities' and their role within EiA Use Cases.
  • Acquire practical skills in accessing and customizing Add-on surveys through the integrated survey tool.
